I had the pleasure of talking to Alicia Stephenson, the 2015 Victorian Telstra Young Business Woman of the Year.

Alicia accumulated a panel of experts to build a Multi-Industry Initiative and Alliance to up skill Personal Trainers to become Pregnancy and Perinatal Fitness Specialists, listed on a National Register made available to Hospitals and Maternal Child Health Centres and Nurses as well as other Industry Professionals for referral to fitness services. A fabulous achievement and beginning of a change in approach to pre and postnatal women's fitness and gym attendance.
