Phase 1: Leadership Environment Diagnostic (First 30 Days)

Before we work on anything, we need to see the entire system clearly.

I assess:

  • Your Leadership Patterns - Where you're over-functioning, avoiding conflict, or creating dependency without realising it
  • Team Dynamics - Who's performing, who's coasting, where the real friction points are
  • Strategic Alignment - Whether your leadership team actually understands and executes your strategy
  • Behavioural Blockers - The unconscious patterns that worked brilliantly to get you here but are now limiting what's next

Phase 2: Targeted Behavioural Shifts

Once we've identified what's actually blocking performance, we work on the specific patterns that matter most.

This is where my psychology and neuroscience training combines with operational experience. We don't just talk about what you should do differently - we work on why the current pattern exists, what need it's serving, and how to shift it at a neurological level so the change actually sticks.
