Caroline coached me during a particularly difficult yet pivotal time in my career. I had just entered the C-Suite and wanted to make a good impression.
Caroline helped me to recognise that in my desire to sort through problems I can sometimes be intimidating. She provided me with alternative ways to achieve the same outcome.
