This isn't fortnightly check-ins with feel-good frameworks. It's strategic advisory combined with behavioural transformation, grounded in neuroscience and proven through 25+ years of executive-level operations.
Phase 1: Leadership Environment Diagnostic (First 30 Days)
Before we work on anything, we need to see the entire system clearly.
I assess:
- Your Leadership Patterns - Where you're over-functioning, avoiding conflict, or creating dependency without realising it
- Team Dynamics - Who's performing, who's coasting, where the real friction points are
